From the third of October 2014 to the 15th of February 2015, the Museum of Palazzo Blu (Pisa) will host an exhibition dedicated to the great artist born in Livorno, Amedeo Modigliani, who lived between 1884 and 1920, spending his early years in Paris with artists such as Marc Chagall, Max Jacob , Georges Braque and Jean Cocteau. The exhibition was organized by Jean Michel Bouhours, curator of the department of modern collections of the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The exhibition will present a selection of works from the Centre Pompidou in Paris along with masterpieces from major public and private collections, both Italian and foreign.

MUSEO DI PALAZZO BLU A PISA: UNA MOSTRA SU MODIGLIANI
Dal 3 ottobre 2014 al 15 febbraio 2015 il museo di Palazzo Blu ospiterà una mostra dedicata al grande artista livornese, Amedeo Modigliani, che visse tra il 1884 e il 1920, trascorrendo gli anni giovanili a Parigi con artisti del calibro di Marc Chagall, Max Jacob, Georges Braque e Jean Cocteau. La mostra è stata organizzata da Jean Michel Bouhours, studioso di Modigliani e curatore del
dipartimento delle collezioni moderne del Centre Pompidou di Parigi. L'esposizione proporrà una selezione di opere provenienti dal Centre
Pompidou di Parigi insieme a capolavori dalle principali collezioni
pubbliche e private, italiane e straniere.
